Not usually the night before, but when I log my breakfast, I usually know what I'm having for dinner, and I'll add it right then, then I know what I left to work with for the rest of the day.

That's awesome!!!! What a feeling of accomplishment! You CAN do it!

Swam laps for an hour. Then I logged into mapmyrun, and realized I've run 96 miles in January.. Going out in a little while and run 4 to make it an even 100 for the month.-- ok, I'll probably do 5- so I can do a loop, instead of an out and back route.

A bit small- but it's my inspiration- running along with my boys- we did a turkey trot, - my first 5k. my oldest took 2nd in his age group and won a pie, my youngest took 2nd in the kids mile, and won a pie, and my middle ds took first at his school's race, and won a turkey. Wednesday, my middle son ran 2 miles with me, my…

We love spinach salad around here, add mandarin oranges, canned pineapple, or fresh strawberries when they are in season- then add a few craisins, and some pecans or almonds for crunch, and top with some raspberry vinaigrette dressing. Yum!

Running 9 miles on Saturday! Looking at the clothing catalog that came in the mail, and realizing it was a plus size catalog, and they didn't carry clothes in my (small!!!) size!

Signed up for my first Half! Yellowstone half marathon in June. :)

A few of my rewards- Workout clothes running shoes Gym membership- (when I was 30lbs down) Cycling shoes for spin class Hair cut Nice shirt or pants- (usually from thrift store, until I was at goal)

Lol! I love it! The other night I was folding laundry, and dh held up a turkey trot t-shirt from a race that my 14, and 8 yr old sons ran with me, and asked if it was my 8 yr old's. I said, "No! It's mine!"

Started at a size 18-20- now wearing size 8s, and maintaining right where I'm at. :) loved it when last week I bought a pair of exercise capris in a size small and they fit!

Since march I'm 65 pounds down, and now maintaining :).

Mfp gives me 1750 per day for maintenance. i add an extra 400 each day for exercise, minus Sundays (60 min spin class, or running 4-5 miles) So I aim for 2100. so for instance yesterday, in training for my half marathon, I had a 8 mile run- so an extra 800 or so calories. Eek, yah, that's a lot of food, and i had an extra…

Looking for a 10k to do in march or April Yellowstone half marathon- June 10 k- August Triathalon - August

Mmmm stir fry! Try zucchini, yellow squash, bell peppers, broccoli, onions, water chesnuts, mushrooms, whatever protein you want, a bit of soy sauce, and I love a few slivered almonds, or some cashews thrown in, nice crunch.
-
I need to get mine resized too. Funny thing, i weighed in this morning at the same weight i was when we got married. They fit then, and I didn't notice them being tight when I was heavier, but they are definitely too loose now.
-
I had about 10 lbs left to go when I bumped mine to "lose 1/2 lb per week" and try try try to remind myself not to get frustrated when the lbs aren't dropping off like they used to, that it's okay! I'm leaving it at that throughout the holidays, then I'll set it to maintain after Christmas.

Finish my first half marathon. Not worried about time, just to be pleased with the race. I'd love to get some 5 and 10ks under my belt as well Do another sprint triathlon. Can't wait to see how much faster I can do it 60 lbs lighter, and able to actually RUN. ;)
-
I ran my first 5k on sat. 30:12 I was pleased. Excited to try and beat that time!

New runner- been just getting into running the past few months. Mid week runs are 3 or 4 miles. Though todays was 5! Long run- this week will be 6. That's the farthest I've ever done. Goal for this week is 17, gradually increasing mileage each week, i have my first half marathon scheduled in June.
-
Woohoo! 30:12 was my time. I was thrilled. Oldest ds took 2nd in his age group, and won a pie, and youngest ds took 2nd in his age group In the mile, and won a pie too. What a differrence myfitnesspal has made in my life! Top- after a triathalon last summer, bottom, today's race.

I love egg white French toast- found a delicious bread that is only 65 cal Per slice, dip it in egg whites with some cinnamon and vanilla mixed in, and cook on the griddle with Pam spray. Delicious with fruit on top. Other favorites, egg white omelet, had one this morning with turkey, avocado, and cream cheese. Yum!…

Not exactly 6months, but yes! I'm down 60 lbs. started mid February- so 8 months. Get started now! If you are only down 45 lbs in 6 months, that's still great. Even if you only lose 20 lbs in 6 months, it's better than staying the same, or worse, gaining.
-
Thanks everyone! Fit into the other pair of 8s today. :). Does it sound about right to leave my calories at "lose 1/2 pound" throughout the holidays? Then move them up to maintenance after that? I don't want to gain it back this time. ;)

Yeah! Great victory!
