Something I have learned is that the journey will never end. It is a lifestyle change. If you don't realize or accept that, most people go back to their old ways of eating and gain the weight back. If you feel like you can't do what you are doing now forever, maybe you can look at making changes that could be supported…

And manually add your steps the next day. That way you'll know how much you ate (too much/not enough) without changing it throughout the day.

I agree that your day is mostly sedentary, BUT you are getting in 40 mins of physical activity per day. I don't have a dog and my day looks much like yours. I have have a slight or negative adjustment at the end of the day depending on what else I ddd that day.

this in on their site: Water Resistance Charge HR is sweat, rain and splash proof. However, the device is not swim proof or showerproof. With any wearable device, it’s best for your skin if the band stays dry and clean.

Sweat primarily. You should not shower with it, is my understanding.

I'm in too. I will work out 4 days a week at a minimum and 30-45 mins per workout. I will also try to incorporate yoga once a week. I am aiming high and will try to lose 10 lbs in December.

I like how I feel after I workout but I have the worst time getting myself to do it. What helps me is having a friend, someone to talk you into it when you really DO NOT want to go.

Maybe you should have two snacks before lunch. You are going a long time without eating. For example, I have a snack at around 10 and then lunch at 12/12:30, another snack at about 3pm. You are going from a morning snack all the way to 2:30pm. Just be careful if you are eariung due to boredom. I used to do this all the…

I have had this same question. No advantage. Sometimes I am really hungry after working out if I wait until after dinner I feel heavy and nausea when I run. If I wait too long I talk my self out of working out. Personal preference

By spots, do you mean blemishes? If so I take a foaming wash that is prescribed by my dr. I also take a lotion with the same ingredient, sulfur. I know you mentioned natural but I had terrible breakouts and this has worked really great. You can try to find some products that have sulfur in them that is suppose to be very…

How do you get it to register your steps? I cannot. I have to attach the Nike+ receiver to have it count my steps.
-
Yes it includes how much of you body is water. I have this one: Weight Watchers by Conair Body Analysis and Weight Tracker Scale (the one with the multicolored display. I tried to attach a pic but not sure how. I got it from Amazon but you may be able to fine it at a local retailer like Target or Wal-Mart. It cost about…

I have Polar F6 and RS300 for runners. I love it! I am getting the fitbit which is like a 24-hr heart rate monitor and measures all calories burned, even while sleeping. Workings for some exercises too. I cannot think of working out without a heart rate monitor. Polar works with the machines at gym too which gives a more…
