Same here last night...I took GABA around 2am and finally fell asleep. It is a natural muscle relaxant..i got mine at vitamin shoppe.

i usually drink water b/c i notice when i try not to eat for 3-4 hrs. b4 bed is when i lose weight. bob harper even talked said going to bed hungry when promoting his new book.

GNC Strawberries and cream- i usually add some frozen mixed fruit from food club-it's DELISH!

On biggest loser bob suggested doing the exercises you normally do backwards. Walk on trdmill backwards instead of forward.....etc.

I usually look it up. Fitnessmagazine.com has a counter that you can enter in what you did and for how long and it gives you the calories burned. I wanted to get one of those cal counters too-I know the one that they use on biggest loser is sold at best buy. Best wishes with your weight loss.

I forgot to add for me planks give me the most significant change in my belly.

Belly dancing helps suck the waist in. After a single workout u can tell that it holds the gut in more. Also, throughout the day hold your gut in for a minute. I try that 2-3times a day. I agree it is the last to go-that is my problem area too.

Nivea makes a product for cellulite as well. It includes pills as well as a topical product.

Sometimes ppl are scared of CHANGE. He might be afraid of it changing your relationship. Maybe try giving things you know you'll go overboard w/ to a neighbor or pour salt all over it to make it undesirable. It is hard to resist our fav things, but consistency is key. Stay strong!
