  • Staying close to or under my allotted calories a day 1500 and cardio in the gyn 5 days a week for an hour and completing Shaun T's Insanity 60 day challenge, Im sure I'll be doing round 2 of this or one of his other workouts he kicks the sweat and fat out of me daily.
  • I'm doing my first Sept 2nd. I am doing the Jeff Galloway program and I also decided to walk the distance of to see how it felt and now working on time and distance and heat here in Virginia Beach. My friend is a marathoner and she works this with me and also recommended the Jeff Galloway program.
  • How are you guys logging Insanity??? For someone with knee injuries you can modify exercises and you do need to know your body and limits.
