I am on my 3rd week and am enjoying it for the most part. I also add other workouts to it and am modifying the schedule to get the most out of it. I really like the Fire and HIIT videos the other ones don't do much for me.

I agree, I get more results adding strength training to my workouts then adding running. I do cardio but I only run about a mile a week and that is a little over the whole week. I noticed I am more toned in my legs doing spin, lifting, and high intensity workouts.

On the stretch 40, I replace it with a Yoga class, dvd or Pilates. I agree it is very boring to do the stretch 40.

I would also add your sugar to your chart, and try to keep that lower.
