I am not one for eating calories back, I work to hard to burn them off. 1400 cals a day seems to be working for me at the moment. I would say talk to your doc or a nutritionist and see what they say!

Started at a 24, now 16/18 depending on the cut. Down over 50 pounds. It can be done.

Add the seeds to salads, fruit and veggie. Eat plain, over ice cream, added to cereal. Use it the way you would most any fruit.
