lol I love peanut butter by the spoonful too :( ... lol mydoc said to putit on something.... like celery, apple, low carb cracker, use less and spread thin, just to get the flavor.. so my two biggies are peanut butter and starches, carbs.

In the emergency room 4/8/2012 Felt like I was having a cardiac event ( and not a good one) Latest A1C 5.5 did that off any meds, Diet controlled... and exercise too of course! Good luck on your journey! :flowerforyou:

Cogratulations!!!! Last April I got the gret news of 8.5, at my last check 12/31/12 I was at 5.4 ( I think.....LOL) maybe lower.. After 50 pounds down.

See a nutritionist, they will most likely advise you to watch your carbs. Living with Diabetes is an awesome source of information.

Use to hit Cruzin Coffee for a ..... Destroyer toasted marshmellow mocha, or other Fav coffee place for a tripple 20 toasted marshmellow mocha, that was back in the day... pre April 2012... Now I make it at home in my Kruig with a serving of flavored coffee creamer. :drinker:

Since I am Type II, I eat less carbs so I can maintain decent blood sugars. If I were to go back to the "old" ways I would be back on medsa nd more than likely gain my weight back. So low carb for me.... Also I manage to work out almost everyday for a min of 30 minutes.
