finally down to 220lbs

Hello,

My name is Jorge but most people call me George. I got serious about losing weight earlier this year. I went from 260lbs to 240lbs just by changing my eating habits. I lost another 19lbs when I joined the gym and continued with my own personal diet. The myfitnesspal app has helped me a lot and keeps me motivated to continue with my weight loss. My short term goal is to weigh 210lbs and I hope I get there before August 16th. looking for health and fitness tips so if you have any shoot them my way.
