  • My go to fruit dip is 1 pt. Sour Cream (you can use low-fat) and about 1/4 C Sugar in the Raw (or brown sugar - in a pinch). Mix together and refrigerate about 1 hour to let the flavors blend. You can use less sugar. It all depends on how sweet you want it.

  • I have a fix, and you still get the PB&J. Instead of regular bread at 220 calories for 2 pieces, use the sandwich thins at 100 calories. MEASURE your peanut butter. I found that I only need 1 Tbl for a sandwich thin, and according to my jar of peanut butter a regular serving is 2 Tbl, so you've saved half of a serving.…
  • I'm definitely a picky eater, I don't do fish of any kind, and many cooked veggies. Why is it that the veggie of choice in restaurants is broccoli? I can't stand the smell of it.
