That's great that you chose the gym. Sometimes when I don't feel like going to the gym I think about how I feel after I go and I get motivated. There is nothing better then feeling like you are on top of the world!!!

The gel seats really work wonders, but after a while you get used to it! I think spinning is a wonderful workout, especially with a good interactive teacher!

My normal practice is Vinyasa flow yoga but I tried Bikram and didn't care for it to much. I like the variety in Vinyasa yoga. If you have a good Vinyasa teacher he/she will make you sweat! I say try Bikram with an open mind, it won't hurt! Do you currently have a practice now?
