I am 150 and 5'6" and i burned about 400 doing level one and then most of level 2 yesterday. So id say its fairly accurate. I use a HRM cuz i was tired of never knowin my exact cals burned. I def recommend one! :)

I have been using the 30 day shred and love it. Ive only been usin it for a week and it def burns cals. Ive lost 5 lbs but then gained 2 or so back, but its my TOM so hopin its from that. I am wanting to try Ripped in 30!! Good luck!
