I'm with you. I just picked up the DVD yesterday. I am going to pick up hand weights this weekend and then I am good to go. I am going to do the work out first thing in the morning before work.

I am a big fan of egg white omelettes with veggies as well. I buy just the egg whites so i'm not wasting the yolks. Hummus and carrots, protein shake, apples with peanut butter dip (mix peanut butter, greek yogurt and cinnamon).

Same with me. I do well on the weekdays but weekends I tend to struggle.

I tend to do the same thing. I will eat the same foods for a couple of weeks and then change it up. It helps me stay on track.

I like to soak them overnight in almond milk and then add them to my breakfast smoothie in the morning. Very tasty.

I work with my trainer twice a week and I never do the same work out twice. She is always changing it up and increasing the level of difficulty. To keep the cost manageable I recently started training with a partner which has been great. We push each other to work that little bit harder each session.

For me I look for a gym that doesn't make you sign a contract and the other is am I comfortable. I checked out a few gyms before I found one that fit my needs.

Had the Nespresso machine at work. The coffee was great but the machine didn't last and was expensive to fix.

I hired a trainer I it has been the best decision I have made. The work outs are fun but challenging and I have seen a huge change in body shape. My gym is wonderful and the staff are really supportive. I know I wouldn't have got this far without them.

I love Visalus! I lost 17 pounds in the first two months. For my life style it works great. I eat 5-6 mini meals a day and have replaced two of them with the shakes. Feel free to add me.
