I don't know if it would work for oatmeal but I add 1/2 tbsp of coconut oil to my smoothies to increase the calories.

Mine is a finger food lunch. Sliced chicken breast, cucumbers, snap peas, grape tomatoes, black olives and bolthouse ranch dressing.

I like eating roasted veggies. Last night I cooked onions, mushrooms, zucchini and asparagus. Slice the veggies, put on a cookie sheet ( I use parchment paper on the cookie sheet for easy clean up), drizzle a small amount of olive oil and a bit of seasoning. Cook for 30 minutes at 350-375. I stir them a couple of times for…

I understand completely. I am addicted to sugar. Those of us who have this addiction can fully appreciate and understand the struggle. I seem to do ok if I can stay away from it completely but if I fall off the wagon then I am in trouble. I am back to eating small meals 5 times a day and for me that seems to work in…

I understand completely. I haven't been able to get things moving in the right direction either. I have started and stopped to many times. i decided to try something new . . . carb cycling but this is only day 2. I also bought a fitbit and hopefully that will also help. I am trying to beat my numbers from the previous day.…

I like them cooked the the oven with skin on, then peeled, mashed (no dairy or butter) and sprinkle with cinnamon. The cinnamon really added to the sweetness of the potato.
