I just started 21 day fix this week. I have not done any of the workouts do to bad back and knees, but I have been walking, biking, and other workouts that are within my limits.

Hi I am also a stay at home mom to 2 boys, 5 years old and 11 month old. I know how hard it is not to snack on what to kids are eating and just going in the kitchen for something during the day.

You might not be eating enough calories if there are calories left. Some peoples bodies will hold the weight if it is not getting enough calories. Try eating every calorie it has for you. Do you have it set for 1 or 2 pounds a week?
