Wk 3 done and managed a straight out 80 in one go for my test going in to week 4! :) very pleased. Hope your all doing well, see you in wk 4 :o)

Got all keen and did the situp as well as push ups (full) and squats. managed 121 sit ups in total yay! along with 140 squats and 30 full push ups, long way to go but I started :o)

I probably should have said I dont have any back pain, it is stemming from my hip on an angle to the middle of my bottom cheek which has a numb feeling. Thank you all for your replys. I have been doing the piriformus stretches every day and they help a bit for mobility but the pain or ache is constant. might try the chiropractic way soon. Will rest from running and stick to walking for another week and see how bad it is. I appreciate all your advice. always good to have…

Just found out that you can download podcasts for each week and there are free ones. Be a very useful tool especially in the beginning of the program. I am on wk6 day 1 and just wanted it for speed more. Have a look :o) Hope this helps someone

I am 220ish now I think, not used to pounds, but started around 245 on 30Ds, on to ripped in 30 now. Works good, just listen to your body, a little sore work though it, alot sore have a rest day. Took me about 12-14 days to do each level. Enjoy and good luck :o)

Most days a little eyeliner otherwise my eyes look weird, have blonde and hardly any lashes on them hehe but that is usually all. On a flash going out occaision I wear the lot but not over the top :)

You can do it! I got to wk3d2 and then today just kept running and didnt stop for 25minutes. musta been feeling good today but will start wk 4 properly on monday hehe. Lets all get running fit together!! :o)

Most days I currently alternate between 40mins of exercycling and Jillian Michaels ripped in 30 or my c25k program of which I am on week 4 and ripped in 30. Once a week I do 30 day shred to change it up a little. Working so far as I have said bye bye to 10kgs :)

Oh wow, I have always called myself a jogger because I thought I was slow. Thank you, thank you, thank you. You have made me smile and feel like a runner and I will now call myself a runner ;o) Have been doing the C25k and on Wk3D3 and jogged for a full 6 minutes at the end hehe Again thanks and go us runners :)

It has taken me 9 weeks to be rid of the 10kg with lots of exercise and watching the food. I am still so very determined. I am gona rub my determination on to you hehe. Yep, we are all here with goals big and small. I think it is more about being a supportive friend no matter what your doing, young or old :)

Was working around 1200 but doing more exercise so eating back some now, is working better for me. Diary is open to friends, feel free to add me if you wish. Love to have new friends, especially from NZ :)

Tomorrow is Week2 Day 3 for me. could often jog on a treadmill but I am managing to get myself out on the road and loving it!! A great program so far. Cant wait to do a non stop 20!! :o) Feeling better all the time

I was interested in that too so 5 weeks ago as at 31 March I should be be down to 98.2kg (216pnds) started at 103.4kg (227.5pnd). I am currently 99.6 (219.1pnd) so I have one week to lose 1.4kg (3.1pnd), will be close but dont think I will quite make it. As for inches gone from 53 round my tummy to 47, waist 39 to 34 so…

You came back and you were honest with yourself that in itself is a huge deal!! good for you. How easy would it be to let it keep you down, we all know too easy. That tells me you are strong and determined just may take a little more time to get to the goal but you will get there with an attitude like yours! Well done :)

Hun, do what works for you. if you felt fine before just keep it up and worry about it more if it all slows down. I would listen to your own body. We are all so different! And, well done on the weight loss so far!!!!!!!!!! :o)

its a great workout, good on you. I have gone from 107kg (235.4pnd) to 100.8kg (221.8pnds) in the 30 days.My face pics in my profile show it. Impressed at how much stronger I feel, how about you? Starting on ripped in 30 now :o)

somedays I do the dvd and some cycling or the dvd and a short jog. Hardly ever just do the dvd unless I am way too busy that day. What I did do was split it.
