  • 5' 5" and looking to get to 125. At 135 now and having a heck of a time getting the last 10 off!! Started this to help me keep track of my work outs and consumption of food and water. 52 years young and I think my age is affecting my slow rate of weight loss. FRUSTRATED
  • I just started myself. Don"t have a lot to loose but having touble dropping the pounds I want. UGH!! Increased my excercise and hopefully this will help. Started this website to make me more concious of my water and food intake, Hang in there everyone. It's hard work,b ut worth it!!
