Welcome back! I'm the same. I find I do really well during the week and then the weekend comes and I just don't log in or keep track. I feel very motivated and am hopeful I will keep it up so I can reach my goal. I wish you the best of luck!

Hi Viriginagirl, We have all been there. It can be very depressing when you feel so yucky about yourself and nothing seems to work. You don't need to yoyo diet. You know what to eat. Fresh fruits and veggies, lean proteins, cut back on carbs, drink lots of water and limit soda/fruit juices or cut them out all together. Try…
