  • Thanks everyone for all the good ideas! I will definately be trying some yoga. I used to do it before but have been concentrating on more cardio just recently. I might try the push up/sit up/squats challenges too. Don't know how to log it though....

Monday: 50 mins zumba and brazil butt lift Tuesday: 90 mins circuit training and exercise bike Wednesday: 20 mins exercise bike Total: 160 mins Still got a long way to go but I love a challenge!

  • Hi guys, Today I have clocked up 90 minutes of exercise - 70 minutes circuit training and 20 minutes on the exercise bike. Grand total so far = 120 minutes.
