Good evening ladies, How is everyone doing today? I have been very good today and stuck to my goals! I will keep the same goals for tomorrow. Very happy with myself because I lost 1lb! I haven't lost anything for about 3 weeks so this little weight loss was definately welcome :happy:

I haven't seen this thread before and I would love to join! 360 mins of exercise this week, ermmm, not sure I can fit that much in around work but I will give it a try! Today I have done 50 mins zumba and brazil butt lift. That's a good start hopefully.

Good evening lovely ladies, I have lost 1lb this week taking me to 153lbs. Haven't lost weight for quite a few weeks so I am very happy with this. Hope everyone else is doing great!

SJT75 - You are soooo great because you had the willpower to say NO and I haven't! Just having a bad couple of days and feeling sorry for myself and the way things are going for me. Tomorrow is a new day....god help me, it's the boyfriends day off!!!! I must add of course that I love him dearly!

Thanks everyone for your advice. I will talk to my boyfriend as I am not losing weight with how things are at the moment. There are a lot of things that I can do to change so I am going to have a long hard think about what I can do to get to where I want to be!

Good evening mfpers, I have been very good today, for a change! I did the zumba dvd this evening and I love it! I was great fun and hopefully burnt loads of calories. Goals for tomorrow 1. Exercise 2. Stay within my cals 3. Don't be tempted by the open box of choccies in our office at work.
