Now go one step further and buy a 2.5 or 5 pound sledge hammer and pound the tire it really gives the back, shoulders, and arms another work out.

Hi Steve I have done bodybuilding and weight training for 12 years now and just started doing Kettle WorX it is kettle ball work out and it kicks my butt. It might shock the system and help. To go to something different and it will help to tone and build muscle or maintain muscle mass. Hope this helps

i have been into bodybuilding for 12 years would be glad to help anyway i can my 17 year old has been lifting for 3 years and sees great benifits from it in sports at school.
