Yep definitely! I used to find that when I was training for the marathon. I think it's called overtraining :-(. Your body will get used to it but make sure you eat healthily - good carbs before your run and lean protein for recovery xxx

Thanks Julie! I guess the 2lbs will go straight back on when I drink enough water. I do have quite a bit to lose though and to drop a dress size would be brilliant! Good luck Julie.
