Yoga has its place, but should not be the sole focus of a fitness regimen.

There's a place under cardio.

Also, your shoes may have an affect on your knees. If you're using running shoes, or cross trainers, they may be raised in the heel slightly, forcing your body to lean forward more during your workouts. Strength training workouts should be completed with the flatest shoe possible (or barefoot like the old schoolers used to…

Only your body can tell you if you're over training. If you start feeling extremely fatigued, have insomnia, a severe change in appetite (more or less), or even depression, you might be over training.

It depends on if its sore or injured. If you are hurt or have an injury, or believe you do, stop for a few days all together. If you believe its just sore from being over worked, lighten the load or take a day off. I know its frustrating, I pulled a hamstring last week and its derailed my workouts for the past several…

^^^^^^^ That is why you're probably not seeing results, you're spending too much time in the gym. Also, your weight training routine shouldn't take only 30 minutes, even if its circuit training (which is basically more cardio). Unless you're a body builder doing 2 a day workouts, there's no reason to spend 3 hours in the…

Front squats hit the quads more than the hamstrings.

Only 6 lifters? More people needed!

It all depends on your goal. If your goal is fat loss, then do opposite movements back to back (bench press, then barbell row...basically "push & pull"). If your goal is strength and/or size, do one exercise at a time. My opinion is that you're doing too much in one workout. 21 sets (not including crunches) is a lot of…

I only use High BB squat, mainly because I don't have the range of motion in my shoulders to move the bar any lower. I have a wider stance as well, which is easier on my knees. Now I don't front squat, but I use a Hack Squat machine.

It looks good on some females, bad on others. I think it all depends on the woman's body type.

As long as you don't take them off a bar someone's using....which I've seen done. :P

There's a ton on Tumblr, mostly women, but I think CrissFit (can't remember exact address right now) on Tumblr is one of the more well written blogs...not to mention, she's absolutely gorgeous! :P

Sorry, but no, you don't have to rest if you're working out different muscle groups. If you're doing an upper body/lower body workout, you do them on back to back days...even several days a week if you choose. As long as you allow yourself a day or two of no lifting a week, then you'll be fine.

In life some people are going to like you, some people won't, and most will be indifferent. Concentrate on those who like you and stop worrying about the ones who don't. Life is not a novel, movie, tv show, song, or whatever other fantasy world that can be contrived by people. Good luck.

If you're a good one, yes :P. I used to wait tables and wouldn't stop moving for 5 hours.

Smirk! ;P

A while as in yesterday? :P

Calories does burn fat, though if you ate a little bit before, your body will burn the food in your stomach for fuel first. That's why its said to maximize fat loss you do cardio on an empty stomach.

Depending on how much you weight, 1g of protein per pound of body weight is a lot. When my goal is 150g or more a day, with a mixture of food and supplements.

The stingray thing makes the bar sit in the proper position, but you lose some of the effectiveness with your stabilizer muscles.

Don't pay for the gym membership, do the free workouts if you really want to try it.

I'd leave and leave poor feedback on any website I could. They probably don't care, in all honesty, because they probably receive a good chunk of the personal training fees.
