Its easy, they're men posing as women :P.

Ignorance again. Roid rage doesn't exist. Steroids are like alcohol, if you're an a-hole before steroids, you're a bigger a-hole on them. If you're a naturally aggressive person, you will feel more aggressive, but steroids don't make you lose your inhibitions like alcohol or other drugs. In fact, we can make another…

*facepalm* I bet you read that in a Muscletech ad?

Remember if she smokes, she pokes lol. I had a well thought out response, then the site went down for maintenance when I hit "reply." First off, I'm a police officer and if not for the illegality of steroids, I'd use a cycle or two during the year. Now remember, there is use and abuse. Bodybuilders, along with hard work…

Triceps are the biggest muscles in the arms, unlike the biceps (which most people believe). You have to lift weights to have nice arms, and also lower your body fat percentage.

I'm surprised no one else suggested this...walk. Walking is a great exercise if you're unfit. Now you're going to have to push yourself, not walk like you're browsing in a store.

You have it...busy night :P. 206lbs

Couch to 5k program.

It has something to do with genetics too. Look at Jay Cutler and Ronnie Coleman, two of the top body builders of the last 10 years, and both huge roided out guys. Jay Cutler's max Deadlift was around 600lbs, while Ronnie Coleman's max deadlift was around 800lbs! Now Ronnie Coleman was only 20lbs heavier (and 2" taller),…

Don't look at the scale and take body measurements.

Your muscles will get stronger, but won't gain significant size. Now if you're a newbie, you'll see newbie gains and will increase the size of your muscles since they haven't been worked before. However, that may only last a few months before the size stalls out. You'll always get stronger, but its limited to your food…

Trail running might help the most, but work on deadlifts, squats, bench press, shoulder press, and pull-ups. Don't do isolation exercises, just focus on compound exercises.
-
It just shows you work hard. My calluses usually peel themselves off on deadlift day.

I don't have a crush on her, but she is mighty sexy. However, I think she's got "issues" and would probably be more trouble than its worth. Also, I don't think she plays for the other team, because I think she said she left the Biggest Loser so she could focus on having a baby.

8.5...sexy dress!

1) How many repetitions would you recommend for each exercise? 5-8, struggling at last rep. I would not go past 10, you're not doing anything for muscles much past 10 reps. 2) Toning versus building muscle: If what I want is to get toned I should use less weigth and do more repetitions? There is no such thing as toning,…

So weigh in is tomorrow?

You probably shouldn't have more than 1 leg day a week anyways, but there's really nothing you can do about genetics. And really, you don't have "bulky legs" so keep doing squats.
-
You need a butt massage? :P Really, just suck it up and if you're walking funny, just tell people you had a VERY long night. lol

I'm getting back into lifting after 5 years off (marriage and kid derailed lifting). I'm currently doing a modified 5x5 program (4 day split that works with my schedule). My current strength goals are: Bench - 225x1 Squat - 300x1 Deadlift - 400x1 Now these can change depending on where I stall out.
-
I've read about it and I think its a sound plan. I actually plan on trying it once I hit my strength goals.
-
Nope, but I'd allow them to "friend" me so they could see what I was posting (not that I have anything to hide).

From the excerpts I've read (probably gonna buy it for my wife), its geared towards a beginner.

Not a lady, but I'll throw an observation in anyways. I loath cardio. I believe cardio is the most evil thing ever created. However, I force myself to do it every once and a while. However, I found that when I did Madcow's 5x5, with zero cardio, I started cardio again and was able to run longer than I did previously. For…

Remember, God kills a kitten every time someone says they want to "tone." Stop killing kittens! :P

Just curious, why don't you want to commit to working out for an hour? P90x videos, once you get used to the workouts and can fast forward through the explinations, you can probably do a video in 45-50 minutes. If you're in a crunch for time, you can condense the videos to 30 minutes if you do the exercises to failure,…

I know several people who aren't too keen on the strength training aspects of P90x, so they do a different strength training routine, but incorporate the Cardio X or Plyometrics into non-lifting days. Chrissy, You can buy a pull-up bar that fits on your door frame for about $20. That and a set of bands is all you really…

Now don't pay that much attention to the scale when you start lifting weights. You may not lose "weight" on the scale, but you'll start losing inches.
-
I don't think its fake, based off her reaction and the guy's youtube channel doesn't have anything similar.

Yoga might not be bad due to the amount of stretching involved...however, I wouldn't do anything else. I've been there, done that, and the only thing that works is a few days (to a week) off.
