Actually no, its not easy. Have you ever really tried to do a clean bulk? You severely limit your carb intake and eat a crap load of protein....I just can't eat that much during the day. Will you gain a little fat? Depends on the person, but you won't get FAT doing it.

If I had any chest hair I'd do something like that...probably would've shaved the marriage proposal to my wife in it lol.

Diet pills these days don't do much for weight loss, especially since they took out ephedra. However, if you're going to use some for energy, you're better off buying caffeine pills...they're cheaper.

There are links posted all over google....and if you did pirate it, it should say "day 1" and so on.

He does 4 different hamstring exercises because he's on steroids. The average person doesn't need to do much for legs if he does squats. Anyways, you're going to end up hurting yourself if you continue to squat on the smith machine. You'd probably be better off with dumb bell squats, or just doing the leg press than smith…

I can go on the elliptical all day long until I get bored (which is usually 15 minutes into it lol), but with running my legs usually give out.
-
It is possible, but VERY difficult (unless you use roids). There is such a thing as a clean bulk, but you pretty much eat chicken, chicken, and wait for it....more chicken.

I read a study that just recently came out that shows less time on the treadmill on incline actually burns more fat than more time on a flat treadmill. Now I can show you one fitness study and I'll show you 3 contradicting it, so take it with a grain of salt. My opinion is that if you're working harder, chances are you're…

Its pretty much a cardio workout. If you up the weights and not use 2lb dumb bells or 5lb barbells, you could get an alright weight training workout.

24 hours and it has bumper plates! I'm also allowed to grunt if I have to and no alarm will sound.
-
It works, do it, its the best beginner program out there (imo). You won't get bulky without roids.

I implement 5/3/1 every few weeks to switch things up, then go to a modified 5x5 that works with my work schedule. That being said, I don't really max on my bench since I workout alone, and I used a 5/3/3.
-
Google Stronglifts 5x5 and start from there.

When you're walking like you dropped the soap in prison due to some heavy squats.

I got it, thanks. :)

Research has shown that 65% of our weight is determined by genetics, 35% is determined by us. So if you could potentially increase your bodyweight by 35%. That being said, start off with 3000 calories, and if you don't see weight gain in 6 weeks, bump it up. That being said, you need to be strength training or you'll just…

You can buy plain old creatine monohydrate powder and add it into any drink (preferably water or juice). However, there are a ton of products out there that add sugar, for flavor, in their creatine products to make it easier to drink. As for weight loss, you'll most likely gain weight due to water retention when taking…

There is a lot of research these days that show you don't have to "load" on creatine and you don't have to cycle it like previously thought. Just stay away from anything besides creatine monohydrate like the previous posted stated, nothing else is as effective. Also drink a lot of water (though it will make you retain some…

The only time I've puked is when I took an Animal Pack (has like 5-6 pills) on an empty stomach...boy did I learn my lesson lol. If you're pee starts glowing a neon yellow, your multi-vitamin is too strong.
-
I didn't notice that before, since I was looking for the head crowning lol.
-
Lol! I felt the same way!

I must have missed it, but what's your goal? Do you want to get bigger and more muscular (I don't see how you can get any slimmer)? If so, 3 days a week using a 5x5 program (I recommend Stronglifts 5x5 for beginners, then progress to Starting Strength or Madcow's 5x5).
-
You're lifting the bar right? Then count it.
-
Agreed. Just because you know how to train, doesn't mean you know how to train someone else. If you go in there and he teaches you what machines do what and some basic free weight exercises, that's fine, but I wouldn't allow him to design a program (or do his program) for you. Remember, he's a 16 year old boy, with…

Start yesterday....strength training, combined with good diet and cardio will strip the fat. Just remember, don't use the scale to judge success, use inches.
-
Look up Stronglifts 5x5...3 days a week and it'll be no more than an hour a day. That combined with a healthy diet and light cardio will make you look good. Also, don't look at the scale while lifting, you'll probably gain (or not lose) weight initially, but the inches will come off.
-
Exactly! Seriously, heavy squats and lunges will build your glutes. Now keep in mind genetics will play a part in how big your "bump" will get.

I've done it before, just go lighter until it clears up. From what I remember my doctor telling me (this is several years ago now), its not a big deal as long as you don't keep straining it.

Of course they used steroids, it was legal back then too. But steroids aren't magic, you can't stick a needle in your butt and get instantly muscular. Arnold and Franco were both power lifters before body building, as was Ronnie Coleman and many other body builders.
