30 Day Shred it great!! The first day you do it, be ready for your knees to buckle and you're going to feel like you're going to die afterward! It's great!! I did it this past summer and doing it again now!

Everyday I am always making some type of concoction with my smoothies. This morning bought some Kale, so I had that with plain greek yogurt, Mixed berries, half a scoop of vanilla protein powder, some honey, water and some Flax seed oil. I usually do the spinach, but decided to use Kale today. I like the spinach better…

Well I am not sure if me giving up soda was the cause of my weight loss, but I have lost 28 pounds since April of last year. I think that was part of the weight loss coupled with eating right and exercise.

No. He has never seen me fully naked or even naked in the light. And even though I lost weight and look skinny again, I still won't let him see me naked.

I didn't read anyone else response, but I think the best way is to make her a smoothie and put fruit and vegatables in it. Add some spinach, carrots, bananas and blueberries with some vanilla yogurt with milk or juice. That should do the trick, well only if she likes smoothies.

If you're doing a strenuous work out then its better to eat so that you will have energy to complete the workout.

I have cut out soda and I don't miss it at all. If I go out for a burger, I get it without cheese and mayo. I've also cut out frying my pork chops or chicken breast with flour. I will fry them on my griddle in a tiny bit of oil without flour and I just use different spices to make them taste good.

I wouldn't know what it feels like to be single! I've been in 2 relationships back to back since I was 17. Never had a break!

The problem is you shouldn't care what people think. As long as you know you've lost 50 pounds, that is all that matters. You shouldn't let a bunch of idiots sabotage your weight loss! Now you are back at square one for caring about what others think!

I put my fruit and veggies in a smoothie everyday, just in case I don't get to cook any vegtables. I usually blend spinach, frozen blueberries, yogurt, water, protein powder and flaxseed oil.

You look great! I too started at 181 and that was my highest weight. I am now at between 153-156 and have been at this weight for about 2 months. I can't seem to lose anymore weight and I have upped my calories, but still nothing. My goal is also 145!

Rules are sort of out of the window. I am going to log everything I eat and keep my portions small, but I am going to probably eat Thanksgiving dinner twice that day!! So I know I am probably going to go over!!

No, I don't think its too early. I usually put my tree up on Nov. 1, but this year I put it up on Nov. 11 and added some lights to my windows today. It just makes the Christmas Season last longer when I do it this way. I could never understand why people would go to the trouble of putting up lights and a tree on Christmas…
