Have any one tried the 10 Day Green Smoothie Cleanse by JJ Smith?
I am on Day 4 doing the modified cleanse and so far I have lost 2.2 pounds in 4 days. The modified cleanse consist of 2 smoothies and one healthy meal plus snacks.
