I'm in! I did 20 minutes of triceps, legs and abs this morning. Will do another 10 minutes at the gym on my lunch today plus I will up my 40min cardio workout (stationary bike - 1min at level 1, 1min at level 10) to 45min. We got this ladies!!

I think it comes down to insecurity. I see it in men and women. I find though that women are more vocal about it or show it in more of a jealous of other women/put other women down kind of way. I find with men it's more of an over compensation thing. But really in the end it's insecurity.

My health/fitness goals for this coming challenge week is to get all of my workouts in - cardio today/wed/thurs/mon/tues, weights today/friday/monday and to keep my eating in check. My 30 minutes of exercise are done and I'll get my 30 minutes of cardio done at lunch. Hoping to see a lose on the scale when I weigh in…
