finished day 7. I feel it's getting harder instead of easier, which doesn't make a whole lot of sense, but maybe my body is just adjusting differently. I find my arms aren't getting stronger as I do this, and it's so frustrating!

It all ended up okay, thankfully. luckily Chilliwack Hospital is an amazing hospital and actually does what they're suppose to! and it was nothing serious, so I was able to get some sleep and pull through and even do an extra workout today!

Day 6 complete! I'm so happy I got it done even though I had a rough night. I'm still noticing more and more of an endurance change, plus i've lost about 0.2 of a pound, which offically brings me into the 100's! So thrilled, i'm rewarding myself with a delicious protein shake!

Nice! I was going to take breaks, but I decided i'm not going to. I don't feel I am doing enough, if anything I feel I should be doing more, so breaks isn't going to make me feel better at all. My squats still suck, my lunges well.. i'm pretty proud of them, way to go badtastebetty!

Same here, when I take those breaks because i'm desperate for air and i hear her say no rests i just want to scream "BUT I'M DYING HERE JILLIAN, DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND!?" and then she's like you gotta work for the body and im just like ... you're right jillian. I <3 you. It's quite the love hate relationship.

day 5 done for me, half way through level 1! I'm definitely noticing endurance changes, not nearly stopping as much, hopefully in a couple days i won't be stopping at all!

Same here, I was so excited that it was already done and specifically for two, beats making 12 and either eating the whole batch, or them going to waste.

I had dessert, and I couldn't even eat it all! That definitely felt nice. I won't let little things get to me, it's pointless. I'm not going overboard, and I did clean my butt off today, and made sure i did my shred day. thanks for all your input!

Thanks, I guess i've just been a little too strict on myself, I haven't been splurging every night, so I guess there isnt much harm in once every so often.

I found day 2 to be so much easier, my arms are killing me now, but I managed to get through the entire video, with just taking a couple breaks when I was pretty sure I was dying haha, i'm actually looking forward to tomorrow!

I knew if I didn't get it done first thing in the morning, I wouldn't do it. So my goal is to make sure I get the 30 day shred done first, and later in the day if I feel like doing some other type of exercise, I can, but i won't feel guilty if I don't.
