  • I bought a cookbook called "Eat What You Love". It is our normal meals (sloppy joes; orange chicken; etc. etc) just heathier and less calories. It really helped. My dinner was surprisingly low on calories so I could eat the snacks and stay satisfied all day. Good luck!
  • Good luck! I found this a great way to lose weight (albeit slowly). Just by seeing how quickly calories add up, and being able to exercise more to counter-act what I ate during the day, helped me a lot. I lost more than I originally wanted - though it was only 10 pounds. Hope you do well.
