Hello all of you.
I am a new user here, and looking forward to use this possiblity to lose weight.

I am 40 years old, and have around 40 kilos to lose. I have not been able to lose any kilos, but can feel the need for it. I believe that Myfitnesspal will be able to help me reaching my goal of at least 20 kilos.

Anyway, I am glad to be hear.

    Good luck! I found this a great way to lose weight (albeit slowly). Just by seeing how quickly calories add up, and being able to exercise more to counter-act what I ate during the day, helped me a lot. I lost more than I originally wanted - though it was only 10 pounds.
