  • I have a protein shake post workout cos I find it helps with my recovery (less soreness). I buy them from myprotein and I think they taste decent, I blend mine with frozen fruit (berries) to make it more like a smoothie. I use just whey protein but you can also get ones that are more like meal replacements with carbs in it.

You did an amazing job, I've always struggled with my weight and at my highest it was 185lbs, it's currently 153 after many years of yo-yoing and I'm aiming to get down to 135.
