A block of chocolate over two days :P But boy it tasted amazing!

As long as you try averaging it out over a week, and its not every day you will be fine. Some days I go over by 300-400 calories and just move on and try do better from then. Good luck :)

I'm 21, looking for friends that eat more. Add me :)

I enjoy lifting, but keep it short and simple with compound moves. I hate cardio and abs, so at most i'll elliptical for awhile to warm up. Wish I enjoyed cardio more :P

How much are you eating a day? I found that I could not maintain a strict diet so now try and eat more everyday and not eat back exercise calories

Thighs are always the last place i lose weight, don't mind having wider hips cause i like my hourglass, but would love slimmer inner thighs!

After uni or night time. I find it hard enough to get up in the morning :P And normally if I don't have enough food in my belly I get really light headed, so generally has to be after lunch.

I'm going for about 57kg (125ish), although this might change if I can put on a bit of muscle

Yeah good luck everyone, this time round I think i'll focus more on lifting heavy and enjoying the food. And hopefully not fall off the wagon everytime I go home :P

Sorry to rant but I just realised it took me 5 months to lose the last 4.5kg and get to my goal weight, and 1 month to put it all back on again :(
-
This is definitely my biggest pet peeve, i could almost do that in a sitting sometimes :P

I got down to around my goal weight of 125, then fell of the rails a little back up to 135. Finally refocusing and hope to get back down, and add a lot more muscle as at that weight it was still a little flabby especially in the legs. I found at 125 my upper body was quite slender, but my legs were still much bigger than i…

Thanks for the replies  . Its probably stupid how much a few replies meant when I checked in, I'm looking at eating about 1500 calories at the moment, and then work out 3-4x a week at about 300 calories a session. Thinking about it I prob eat back at least half of those in my post workout snack (normally a muesli…
