Hi, I'm looking for any recommendations on pilates routines that are about 20mins long, either DVDs or good youtube routines you've found? I currently have the winsor pilates 20-min workout but would like something that moved along a bit quicker (less explaining), and is a little harder. Thanks :)

Hi, I was wondering if this sounds like an OK idea? I have set my weight loss goal at 0.5lbs a week, I'm around about the weight i want to be, maybe just a kg or 2 more lose.
