Anyone know roughly how many calories I should save for a teppanyaki dinner out tomorrow night? Approximation of what it will include: Deal includes prawns, scallops, salmon nigiri and vegetables, choice of beef or chicken salad and steamed rice, Miso soup and Ice cream dessert.
I'm pretty fussy on seafood so that may only be nibbles as I haven't really tried before!
Thanks for any help, just trying to plan my day well as its an entire indulgent weekend (flatmates birthday) so can't afford to go too far over calories.

Its a treat for my flatmate as shes been wanting to go for a year. Then the day after we have brunch at a Moroccan restaurant, and I've order the french toast which also looks amazing!
