I had it a few months back. I only got it because it was a Groupon offer. The food was good, but its all expensive for what you get. Easier if you just buy the stuff in the shops. Everything was easy and tasty though.

I've just gone (well 6 months) of the mini pill. Before that I was on the contraceptive patch. This was perfect for me... until I went back to the Dr and they said I had gained. Lots. Started today W1D1. Did a lot better than expected. Managed each run, but slowed down on the last jaunt. Looking forward to improving :)

I've had hypnotherapy before from a phobia, and I've always got told it only works on a certain percentage of the population. You have to believe in it for it to work. I had two sessions, it didn't work, then tried again with someone else and it got rid of my phobia. At the end of the first session, they will try hypnosis…

I've always been told; Feed a cold, starve a flu. Just try and eat as much as you feel like to give energy to fight off the cold. Feel better soon :)
