I started taekwondo about 5 weeks back. Twice a week, absolutely love it so far.

I had my implant fitted beginning December. I've not had a period as of yet (touch wood) but I've had emotional swings. I initially lost weight and I've stuck at the same weight now for the past 6 weeks. This week I've changed all my goals around and hitting the gym more so hoping I can start losing again. Its the only…

Kaiser Chiefs, followed them for 10 years now :) I'll stock up on lots of fruit, seems the best and cheapest way maybe. Thank you both :)

In my body, yes. Over the past few weeks I've been drinking 2.5l of water a day, I managed to lose 2.5lbs a week. This week Monday-Wednesday I slacked a lot with my water intake, my weight went up by 3lbs. I've maanged to drink 2.5l of water each day since Thursday and I'm now lower than I was last Sunday.

Gym is a bit more crowded, but we all had to start at some point of the year. Still not over crowded, but I go late evening usually. In the pool on the other hand. Awfully crowded. Up to and including the first week in the New Year there were 8 of us doing it each week. Suddenly there is now 40 of us. Then the free swim…

Thats pretty much how I've learnt to ignore the comments. At first they were a shock. Now I'm just used to them. Which is wrong, I've told her several times they ca be hurtful to some people. You just wrote exactly what I said. Along with "I must be one of them then"

One of my colleagues at work keeps doing sly fat jokes at me.. daily. Normally I don't mind them and they make me want to go to the gym to prove to myself I'm not unhealthy. Last week I said I was doing C25K and she said she didn't realise people like me could run. Then she started saying about how she can't stand the gym…

Get checked by your doctor. They'll do tests on you for celiac disease. There was a program on TV this week saying about gluten free products. They contain more fat, sugar, sodium etc. People are gaining weight on them even though they think they are good for you. Well done on your weight loss though.

I'm from Telford, so not too far from you. I've sent you a friend request. Not sure why it errors on the app.

Did mine this evening. It was a lot easier than I expected; plus the 3 minute runs went really quickly! Looking forward to doing W3D2. I slowed mine down bit again as I realised I started struggling a little bit at the beginning.

I had it around 6 months ago as I got it half price. Even at half price it was a waste of money. It tastes disgusting. I was at the point of gagging everytime I tried to drink it. The nighttime one was worse. Did I lose any weight? Nope. Nothing. Nada. Waste of money.

I slowed mine down a lot today. Didn't do too bad. I'm going to attempt W3D1 on Friday, if I struggle I'll repeat W2. Got a feeling I'll be repeating though.

As long as it fits in your calories, or even if it does go over, just take in to count your weekly target and reduce slightly over a few days or go to the gym for a little bit longer. Treats are good and they help me to keep on track.

Definitely recommend the Ryvita Crackbread. Usually have mine with a bit of humous.

Finished W2D2 today! I'm actually pretty proud of myself getting this far. I'm looking forward to each C25K day. :)

I do my C25K on a treadmill. I work at these numbers with an incline of 2 so when I do move to outside running the different inclines won't be as much as a shock... maybe.. Warm up/Warm down; 3.5 Walk; 4 Run 5.6/5.8

I've started C25K 3 times. This time I've taken it a lot slower, and I mean a LOT slower. I do it on a treadmill so people must think I'm crazy running that slowly. I always found when I did it the previous two times I gave up after W1 because I would hurt lots and I wasn't enjoying it, mostly because of going too fast.…

I completed W2D1 Saturday. Started to struggle a little bit on the last run especially the last 30 seconds, but I dropped my speed down and managed to do it. Bit scared to do it again today. If I don't feel comfortable enough to move onto W3, I'll repeat W2 again.

If this is still open I'm definitely up for it :)

I did have to Polar FT4. Was pretty good. Recently replaced it with the Polar FT7. Absolutely love it. Works out what zone I should be in for as I have set up a training plan.

HAHA! I started last night.

22 year old here. Currently at 220lbs but wanting to get to 140lbs. :)

i love swimming, have done since I was younger. I usually go 3-4 times a week. Do around 34-40 lengths (25m) in 45 minutes. I do 6 breast stroke, 4 back stroke, 2 breast, 8 back, 2 breast, 8 back, 4-10 breast. This way when I start feeling like I'm dying I do breast, but also do breast to warm up/cool down.

In my opinion, your best bet would be a spreadsheet.

I had the FT4, loved it. Just bought the FT60, should have it in my hands tomorrow morning, so looking forward to using it in the evening. :)

I've been on 4 different BC. 1. Combined pill - only a month, but gained 6lbs think that was mostly down to the food I was eating at my boyfriends place. 2. Patch - I loved this as it was convenient and felt like I had no side effects. Managed to put on around 30lbs in the two years I was on it. Again, could be down to the…
