When doing weights is there much difference between doing shorter sets of reps over longer sets of reps? I'm pretty new to weight training, and I'm trying to lose weight whilst toning up.
I currently have a Polar FT4 and it works quite well, but I've recently lost my HRM part. Well I say lost, I mean someone stole it :( Anyway, I'm looking at getting a Vivofit + HRM. I do a lot of swimming, will this device record my HR and also calories whilst swimming? Or shall I just get a new HRM for my Polar?
