Most days I drive my montego blue 335i. I would only agree to a 4 door car if I could pick it out. My fun nice weather car is a black boxster S convertible. I LOVE the convertible, would probably upgrade to a bigger engine porsche, if I were dreaming.

late getting to the party, but here goes. I'm at my goal and have been maintaining for a few months. It took about a year and a half to lose 30 pounds. hope the photo works. having trouble sizing it.

my size 10 clothes... and happy to give them away. I have almost given up cherry coke zero, but I may have one a week instead of 2-3 a day. That was a choice to reduce artificial sweeteners and chemicals I don't need. Otherwise, nothing. I had tiramisu and a cupcake for dinner Saturday (and stayed under my goal).

I lost about 30 pounds over a year and a half, now maintaining for the last few months. Vacation in December: I don't have a full shot before but here is my face from a few years ago to now (over the summer, but same weight within a couple pounds)

turbofire is fantastic! I'm in week 9 and I love it. I'm about to order the advanced DVD's so I can do weeks 13-20. After that, I'm doing a hybrid with p90x. I do miss my strength days. Otherwise it's great. LOVE LOVE LOVE fire45. Boom, I got your boyfriend, I got your man!

Made some today. Used PB2 instead of peanut butter, almond extract instead of vanilla, added 3 scoops of vanilla protein powder and added 1/4 cup special dark choc chips. 161 cal, 4.5g fat, 23g cho, and 10g protein. This is for 12 servings.

I'm finishing week 3 of turbofire and I LOVE it. Awesome calorie burn, great music. I can't wait to get out of bed in the morning to do it... well that's some what of an over-exaggeration but I love doing it everyday. Getting ready to go on vacation next week and taking DVD's and laptop so I can keep on track!

5'7 here. Top weight 160-170's but not real sure (I was a size 14). Profile pic is me at my largest. Started working on myself about 1.5yr ago at 158 lbs. Now I'm at/below my goal and am just working on maintaining myself. I'm 128-130 pounds depending on my sodium / water intake and a size 0-4 depending on fit.

How long has it been since you had a rest day? Your body may be telling you something. However, if you're just being lazy, get off your butt and get at it. Very few people regret getting up and doing a workout; its usually the reverse.

Beachbody should replace the dvd if you got it from them. I purchased fountain of youth yoga from Tony's One on One series for a shorter but good yoga workout. About 45-50min instead of 93. Great sub for the time crunched weekends.
