Hi, I'm Monica. I have been a my fitness pal member for over 2 years. im joining the challenge to reinforce the good habits, and also find encouragement in working with a team. My issue is not planning for the weekend, and portion control. I look forward to chatting with you ladies throughout the month of october.

I agree with alot of what is being said, you may not be eating enough to fuel your workouts,and incrrease your calorie count and switch your workout to shake it up a little.

I have it, and the change in diet does help I also take prevaid or something similar before I eat a meal that will set it off, even if I take it during the day
