I think that maybe the fitbit tracks all of them, but I'm not sure. What I have is a Polar FT4, the kind with the watch and chest strap, and I use it to track my calories burned during exercise. I LOVE it!

What has worked for me is to eat oatmeal in some form for breakfast, with fruit..a sandwich for lunch with whole wheat bread, mustard or mayo with lean turkey or chicken, tons of romaine lettuce and 1 or 1 1/2 cups of raw veggies. We have a local gym that serves free pizza on Tuesdays. It keeps the customers coming back and keeps them ALIVE...to work it off, to eat more, to work it off, yummmm. Now I want pizza..too bad MY gym doesn't have it. :(

Yep, what they said! And, hey, if you can't walk well, could you go to your local Y and get in the pool? They also have a lot of water aerobic and water exercise classes. It's a LOT easier on your joints and muscles. You can even wear or hold onto floats to support your weight in the pool. Good luck and way to go on doing…

Almonds sold to the public are supposed to be pasteurized, either by steam or have chemicals used on them. Eating fewer chemicals is one reason why I bought them. I just don't want to get sick from eating them either.

I thought that they have to be pasteurized. These are truly raw, not steamed or anything yet. They are 'bootleg' almonds, not sold to the public.
