Just finished an hour on the elliptical and for the first time after a workout.....
I FEEL AMAZING!!! I feel like i can breath deeper, stand taller, my mind is clear..I just feel great! I usually feel soo sluggish and sleepy after a workout, but I honestly feel so healthy and strong for the first time
Really happy! Making this whole "get healthy" thing so much eaiser!
