I just use a free pedometer app on my phone. It uses a gps to track how far you go, how many steps, etc. I think it's more accurate than the little clip on types.

I refuse to give up my coffee/creamer. I use splenda ( NO, I don't fear artificial sweeteners) and I use sugar free International Delight's Vanilla creamer. It only has 15 calories in one tablespoon. So,,, 30 cals for a 2 cup mug, totally worth it.

Cooking isn't hard, it's just like anything else, it takes planning and effort. We (well, a lot of us) are lazy. What annoys me more than planning, shopping and cooking is the darned mess that I make.

I don't unless it has oil in it, then I only add about a tsp to my calorie count because most of it falls off anyway. If you use honey or other sugars you may want to add a bit for it too. If it's just spices I only try to keep track of the sodium.
