I'm pretty boring. 12 red, yellow, orange bell pepper and jalapeno plants. A cilantro plant. 3 kinds of tomato plants. 9 Sweet potato plants. 200 various types of onion plants. Spinach seeds. A dill plant. Basil plants. Bread. Grape tomatoes. :)

I can't really say what my goal weight is because I'm much more muscular than I was when I thought I looked 'ok' at 120lbs. Maybe 130-135? I'm not sure. Dress size is 8 now and I'm fine with that. My size 8 jeans are too tight since I've gained some, so I guess for those I'd have to say I'd like to be a size 6.

My personal choice is Silk Light chocolate soymilk. 90 calories for 8 ounces and it's delicious. There is more protein and calcium than milk. Plus, there are no hormones or antibiotics that you may find in cow's milk. Organic would be even better.

I'd have coffee for breakfast. Frozen diet dinners for lunch. Anything for dinner and then I snacked all night on junk and even ate in bed. Now I eat a ton more food, but It's healthier stuff and I stay full longer. I don't even think about food as much as I did when I was fat. :)

I garden a LOT and when I get blisters, I clean the area very well, let it dry and then spray it with Curad's spray on bandage. It doesn't look pretty but it works and keeps them from stinging. Warning: It burns like an sob until it dries. It's worth it though!

I do a combo of trail running, treadmill running, jogging, walking and biking at least 4-5 times a week for 45-60 minutes each time, and lift 3 times a week.

I can't stand organic because they do not 'brine' the meat. That is the extra 'water' and sodium that is added to regular chicken you buy. It makes it tender and juicier. A regular, organic chicken is tough, really tough. I suppose I could brine my own, but I'm too lazy.

The most accurate way to do it is to know the calorie content in each item per gram. Weigh your food and you have an accurate number. What sucks is when MFP doesn't have it listed. The poor egg, so misunderstood . My issue with eggs isn't that they aren't good for me, it's the extra calories in the yolk. 70 cals for a large, whole egg is fine if I'm only having 3. 17 for only the white, makes a great high protein snack and my cat loves the yolk I toss to her.
