Skim milk, butter, eggs, chia seeds, greek yogurt, bacon, flax seed, tons of veggies, a few fruits, lots of low calorie/low sodium sauces/mustards, garlic, low sodium cottage cheese, soymilk, homemade coffee creamer and a piece of chocolate cream pie. :)

It's no different than wearing socks that are too tight. Your ankles, feet look smaller then don't they? Yep, because the fluid was pushed to a different part of your body. Socks are a lot cheaper than a wrap though.

If you are at a healthy weight, are in maintenance, do OK anyway, without logging, then I don't see why it would matter. If you're not losing weight, haven't reached a healthy weight, etc., then put in the effort to find out where you can improve your diet. You're the one in control here.

Calories in/calories out. If you don't do this everyday I don't see why it matters. Fruit is good for you.

When I feel 'unmotivated', I just get up and tell myself that I'm going to walk just 10 minutes at a pace I'll enjoy, so I'll do again the next day and not get burnt out. I always end up walking longer. I think it's just getting started that matters. Good luck. :)

IMO, your cat should only eat his exercise calories if he vomits his food on the carpet, with one of those nice hairballs, within 24 hours. If he doesn't vomit, he should only eat about half, or only if he's truly hungry.

Yummy! Sorry I don't have a recipe that I have used myself, but maybe put it in the crockpot with soup and veggies. Sometimes we do that with waterfowl. Umm no. If you would have read my post, I said my hot MUSCULAR body that does cardio will outlive the heavy lifters. I do both.. I wasn't putting anyone down. I just believe, and yeah it's my opinion, that a strong body also needs a strong heart and lungs. :)
