Hi there:) So far I believe I am the shortest here!:) I am 50 years old, 146 cm and weigh 38.5 kgs. My goal is to get fit but I find that I lack motivation. This is why it is so great hearing from all you wonderful people!

Soda, both regular and diet. And even though I love cheese I try to stay a way from it as much as possible.

Thank you all for your comments:) They have been very helpful and certainly have eased my mind! Allison made a good comment about water. I do have a problem drinking enough water which of course does not help digestion.

Hello. I am 146 cm and currently weigh 38.1 kgs. Due to being short my torso is not long and the extra weight on my belly is very obvious. I do crunches and sit ups but get frustrated with little results. Any suggestions:)?
