Good news you don't have too much to lose so if I were you i'd be getting more active. Also rememebr that if you're using BMI as a guide it's not strictly accurate (in my opinion). I for example have broad shoulders and a naturally big rib cage it says my top end health weight is 12st - I will aim for this but I honestly…

Honestly there isn't really one person or one thing that inspires me. When I'm having a bad day, struggling to swim that extra lap of the pool, cycle the last hill, do those last few sit ups I just draw on something inside me. I can't even describe what it is but it's nobody/nothing else it's all inside my own head. I am…

Yeah, I'm not craving anything, or overeating, I enjoyed my swim and getting ready to cycle but I just kinda feel empty & alone today. I'm sure it'll pass tho. nik

Honestly, for me it's different with eveyone. It's usually something small that grabs my attention; smile, eyes, lips, clothes, posture, hair, colar bone, neck The thing that is most important is a strong, confident aura. Someone who's just comfortable with themselves and who they are and aren't trying hard to be…

Generally women who are too thin just don't do it for me. There has been one exception, my ex, I can't remember for certain but I'm sure she was about 112lbs - 116lbs and about 5ft 7/8. (that could all be wrong btw) She was certainly undrweight and had problems with regular periods due to this. The first time we were…

When the weather is good enough I try to - it's about 3 miles which is just a quick 10-15 mins at the most. I cycle alot in the evenings usually 20 miles in 70 mins although my best is 20 miles in 62 mins. This isn't on the road cyclin this is muddy tracks, hills etc. I think i'm addicted to cycling, if it didn't burn so…

well done, lots of hard work no doubt, I'm on target for this kind of loss (so far 76lbs in 7 months) but I'm starting to struggle a little the last couple of weeks. Did you find the loses getting smaller/hard to obtain as you went along? Did you struggle at any point? If so how did you keep it up (i.e. did you change up…

I still refuse to be a part of this social network nonsense - there is a reason I don't see certain people anymore! I don't need them to give me their daily update of crap that I don't care about. It still annoys me that there are photos all over facebook with me in them! This is the closest I've ever come to a social…

I cycle alot (about 100miles a week) and about a month ago I started swimming. I love it, honestly can't get enough I went once the first week twice the second week , most i've done is 3 times in a week. I really can't give you much advice - i stick to breast stroke and treading water I just keep going til my arms don't…

I do a 20 mile track most days, plenty of hills and mud - my average speed is 17mph I should probably slow it down a wee bit but I just can't help myself

Cycling - tonight was amazing! Covered in sweat and mud and rain. Scottish rain (you know the horizontal type) and a beautiful rainbow too Nik

I do look at what people have in their trolley, I don't know why it's just a habit. One woman the other day had about 20 bottle of bleach, a loaf of bread and about 10 pints of milk! I always look at my own shopping when I put it on the belt and wonder what other people think of me.

You have got this covered no problems! Just relax - you already know what to do. One day at a time and it'll be done before you know it.
-
plenty of water and a 20 mile cycle did the trick for me today

I was going fine until saturday night - feel free to check my diary I'm kinda dissapointed in myself but proud that i bounced straight back on Sunday and got a 20 mile cycle done plus some healty food
