I go to yoga class 1 to 2 times a day. I don't check out who is also in class. Just notice how full and where to place my mat. If you love yoga, go. Who cares what others think. Remember, yoga is a journey, its about doing your best. Its not about doing better than others or what others think/do/can't do.

One point/recommendation-When I did 30DS, I lost no pounds, however I lost 5 inches. I do heated yoga daily. Sometimes stretcing, other times for strength, cardio, etc... I burn from a 1.0(beginner level class) about 364 cals for 60 min all the way to 600 cals for a Sculpt heated class with weights that lasts 60 minutes. I find that I am too tired to finish a full days workload if I workout in the early AM. I tend to actually workout during my lunch hour. I find that it gives me the boost and gets my stress level lower when I return tot he office. I also find that I don't have the munchies in the early afternoon.
