I see another post says not to cook it because it cuts down its nutritional value and I'm sure that's probably true...but I cook it like I cook greens and they are sooo good!!!

Dragonfly in Amber (2nd book in the Outlander Series) by Diana Gabaldon. Super good read and very addictive. The 1st book in the series came out in 1991 and there's like 7 in it now...can't believe I never knew about these books before!

I just went two weeks ago and tried something called Chicken Carnitias (sp?)...but basically it's like the chicken fajita filling/ no fajita (really good) and I skipped the rice but had the beans. I only ate 1/2 but did eat some chips and salsa. I think next time I will take the other posters suggestion of asking for black…

I think, this is just my opinon, that you need to drink at least 8 cups of pure water...anything else (i.e. tea, coffee, propel) is just extra and does not count towards the 8 cups. Interested to see what others think of this subject?

How much weight do you want to lose...if you are 5'11" ideal body weight I believe is around 140-170 and you are at 159?
