Do not fear. There's no such thing as a low C or low B. http://www.reddit.com/r/ABraThatFits/wiki/fit_guide

The only weight loss benefit might be that water can be satiating for some (staving off hunger), leading to a more consistent calorie deficit. The intention behind drinking 64 oz. of water comes from an old medical standard that countless studies have shown isn't necessary. As long as you're hydrated, you're good. The…

I'm 5'6". Early high school, I was 95-100lbs. Late high school, I was pretty steadily around 120. I'm now almost at 138. I wear the same size clothing as I did in high school.

^ This. A counselor and/or doctor or nutritionist should be worked with. OP, aiming to gain muscle IS a very good thing. Lifting has been huge in helping me not backslide as dramatically into the more severe symptoms of my anorexia. I wish I had been doing it when I recovered the first time. That being said, you need to be…

No, but I was named for one...

Phone: I use an armband. They're really not that bad. Keys: I have them on a lanyard that I wear around my neck and hold while running. Cash: I have no advice. If you lend me some, I may be able to give you an idea.

I dunno; OP's posted before. She's been on here for 2+ years. That's a pretty long con for this type of trolling. In your defense, the gradual reveal of more and more details to keep the topic going made me pause, but I do think it could be because OP truly didn't see the being pushed as big of an issue as *we* did.

This. Concerned for you, OP.

How long have you been doing Stronglifts? Actually try the program before modifying it. As others said, only a surplus will result in any potential broadening or huge definition. Almost every women you see with prominent back muscles is flexing--even competitors. The cardinal rule of any lifting program is: don't change it…

Don't you have to have hair to get a haircut?

Interestingly, I wonder if part of you being upset is because you didn't go together? Girl, you can still go with that baby in you! The suddenness might be the jarring aspect of why you're upset, and if you had just asked him not to go within minutes of these spontaneous plans, I can also see him not really processing why…

Wrong. They'll build muscle if coupled with eating at a surplus of calories. Eaten at maintenance or a slight deficit, they will help strengthen the muscle underneath while reducing the fat on top, thus making legs smaller or tighter (or both).

Actually, squats are totally fine as the sole compound exercise for lower body, but deadlifts are good as well (as is doing upper body work to prevent an imbalance). Everything else you said is fine accessory work, but simple compound movements *can* be enough. As for plateauing, varying squat forms is fine, as well, but…

I asked you the question, because you're professing a belief on counseling that doesn't line up with any professional therapy I've ever gone to, read about or researched. I'm not at all minimizing abuse, but having been the victim of abuse and been through several different rounds of therapy, I'm also aware of the methods…

That's understandable! And your follow up comment is absolutely on point: the behavioral aspect of an eating disorder is often underlying. If that fear or those feelings become too hard to control, then it might be wise to talk to someone. Otherwise, at least knowing about the disease is helpful in helping yourself and…

1 lb? Absolutely water retention. Trust me, I know the feeling. Rationally, we all know "1-5 lbs when everything is rigid? Water weight," but it still makes the scale shooting up frightening. You can either: a). Jump on the scale more frequently to see how often the scale moves. I have a specific "Weight Fluctuation"…

They absolutely would, even if it involves a session split between the two individuals. Have you been to counseling?

Like with ALL disorders, one symptom doesn't mean someone instantly has it. If that were the case, people would be "demonized" for feeling sad when they have one or two symptoms line up with clinical depression.

Like humans, dogs can be very resilient. However, it's highly dependent on weight--the bigger the dog, the more it can stand up to it. As for chocolate, dark/pure chocolate is specifically what's poison for dogs, which the cocoa powder in this recipe would be most like. Better to err on the side of caution.

So is avocado! As for the recipe... don't knock it until you try it, guys! Avocado shakes are pretty popular in Vietnamese restaurants, and those are a sweeter take (though not with chocolate). Plus, any excuse to eat an avocado...

I didn't see the connection between him asking a question and voicing concern for you and "OMG HE WANTS YOU TO HAVE ANOTHER HEART ATTACK." Have you professed an unhealthy low weight, or perhaps preferred a very thin physique? Going off of solely what you've told us, it sounded like him "bringing you down" was him…

Sort of. It's similar (in the way that many eating disorders have root similarities) in that it involves a form of control. Orthorexia has similar restrictive eating habits; the difference is that a low weight or fear of gaining weight isn't as central, but still bears a similar "fear or food." In this case, it's the fear…
