Hi everyone! This is a great idea! For me, it's a new year and I am back on track. I am 53 yrs and a mom of two. My overall goals this year are to: 1. Become more active 2. Increase my fitness level 3. Lose 40 lbs. Today's goals are: 1. Record my food intake 2. Drink my water 3. Keep within my daily calorie limit.

Don't despair. I am working hard to lose weight and started at 246 lbs. I've lost 37 lbs since July 2010. It has been a struggle but stick with it. I now work out 4-5 x week for 1 hour. Nuts are a nutritious snack but they are high in calorie but loaded with omega 3s. Yoplait light n lively yogurt is only 70-80 calories. Grilled veggies are terrific as well as hummus. You can also eat lowfat ricotta cheese and add some honey. Really delicious! Good luck.
